M&A Firms Bullish on Deals in 2012
“As we have discussed in prior articles, more and more analysts are expecting 2012 to be a solid year in deal making activity. This expectation makes sense given that interest rates continue to stay low, cap gains taxes are at historic lows (at least through the end of this year), and both corporate and financial buyers are flush with cash.
To further substantiate this view, last month the Brunswick Group released its M&A survey – which is an annual poll of leading North American M&A bankers and lawyers.”
